Hannah Carpenter read law at the University of East Anglia and holds a masters degree in Medical Law and Ethics from Kings College London.

After completing her masters dissertation on the legal and ethical implications of pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, Hannah worked in policy for the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. She has experience working in both medical negligence and personal injury law and most recently, she worked as a paralegal in commercial litigation.

Hannah has been involved in a number of pro-bono projects such as Street Law, the Justice Project, the Coroners and Inquests Course, the Elder Law Society, the Jewish Law Society and she is currently a volunteer for the Leducate charity.
